The unlock requirements for this job are still unknown, though there is speculation the first quest will likely be somewhere in Limsa Lominsa.

First seen in Final Fantasy III and Final Fantasy Tactics, this job has long been awaited by the FFXIV community. The Sage will be the fourth healer added to Final Fantasy 14 following the White Mage, Scholar, and Astrologian. If that isn’t enough to pull you into the hype squad, then the addition of two new job classes will be the Sage and the Reaper. Some are staples of a new expansion players have come to expect – new gear, raids, dungeons while some of its shiniest additions include two new playable races, the male Viera and female Hrothgar a new lunar landscape in the area known as Mare Lamentorum, a baby-bunny tribe known as the Loporrits, and novel training grounds for the Warriors of Light called Labryinthos. Now the most profitable game in the Final Fantasy franchise as it approaches the last few weeks of its third expansion, the fourth will bring many new and exciting features that have players excitedly awaiting its release.
